Yes, Those original speakers seem to have a sweeter, more pleasant tone, the emi's are quite dry in comparison 'nother go at 361 photo's . Technically, the cab is known as the 301, this is the early version. [attachment=165169:IMG_0054.jpg] [attachment=165205:DSCF0564.JPG] [attachment=165203:DSCF0570.JPG] [attachment=165204:DSCF0577.JPG] [attachment=165175:DSCF0574.JPG] now if I could just turn that top photo around the right way ! More ACOUSTIC Photo's to follow. -

Hi Skinner Love the 320-408 setup, and easy to move, as long as there's no stairs ! Last time I used mine, had the volume up to nearly 1 and a half on the dial. Hi Goblin, Yep great amps, the 470, but glad to hear you still have a 120. Hi 4stringthing, Nice rig you have there, the 220;s do punch above their weight. Do you still have the original speakers in your 402, I tried 3015;s in mine for a while, superb, especially outdoors. trying, but can't, upload photos of my 361 restoration, am giving up now, it's been 2 hours. I seem to have used up my photo allowance doing it, but not managed to upload anything ! Strange ! Pity, as the cab needed extensive work, but is looking great now, just waiting for it's new tolex. -

Well, I'm trying to see if there's anybody else out there, who loves this gear as much as I do ! I do have quite a collection now, and as soon as I can get to use my IPhone camera, I'll start putting up pics. In the mean time, anyone got pics of their ACC gear. Mike

Pity you are so far away, you could have tried out my collection of Trace valve amps ! V-type pre VA 350. X 2 V4 combo V4 head V6. My favourite ! Must learn how to use my camera phone, put up some pics Mike -
Available free for collection from Worthing, West Sussex. A pair of grey, carpet covered PA or Bass cabs in nice clean condition. Bit of the carpet needs gluing down, and they would look smart with a new grill made for them ,rather than the Mapliny round pressed steel thngs ( that are in my bin, outside !) Not Too heavy, nice plastic corners. If I was going to use them for bass, I'd add , some internal bracing, Anyway, free to collector. Size 19 inch wide, 16 inch deep and 27 inches high Mike

Met Dave and his beautiful wife at a secret location, deep in the heart of nowhere to pick up the bass cabinet he had been saving for me for a long time. Enjoyed a coffee, while we chatted about bass related things ! Dave couldn't have been more helpful, and patient, making the transaction as easy for me as pos. Thanks Dave, a real credit to Basschat !

Recently bought Jon's Warmoth Precision Body, which is Superb. Thank you Jon for your patience when my quick " pop over " journey turned into a nightmare ( I've lost the will to live ) 4 hour marathon. Great guy to deal with !

Hi Will, Got a feeling that the right hand transformer is the mains transformer, will check my V4 on monday, to confirm. Likely it will run warm , after some use, but if it gets really hot, it's pulling too much current. I'm not qualified to advise further, but if it were mine, I would pull the output tubes, and see if the tranny still gets too hot. Hows the power on half power setting ? BTW , setting the V4 bias is easy, but read the manual carefully. Don't go poking around inside, t'aint safe ! Mike

Anyone need a Wheeled Flight Case, with internal dims 30" x 24 " x 14" excluding foam padding. I do have some foam to go with it, but it is usual to adjust to the amp being carried. Condition is strong ,clean ,and presentable, However, it may be that this one was built by the aprentice, as the detail finish is not to a high standard. Does the trick though, for not a lot of money. Will photo when I can.

Another great deal from Skezza. Bought his Hipshot bridge, after he gave me clear and concise info on size and dimensions ( there are many variations of hipshot bridges ). Bridge arrived quickly, well packed, as new, so I was able to fit and play it same evening, no drilling required. Thanks Again, Skez. Chimike
