  1. Hi, Just like the one I'm using at the mo, I'd like to buy that , please ! Thanks Mike
  2. Mini Bump for a Mini (but powerful) cab.
  3. I have finally made myself sit down and write an ad for my EBS 2 X 12 NEO, don't know why, but I keep putting it off. Must be because I got some great sounds out of it, when I was using it ! These are serious BASS cabs. Check the EBS site for size, weight, etc, as I don't have details handy. Price is £440, collected from west Sussex, but I occasionally have to drive distances with my work, so may be able to help with delivery. Not interested in sending by carrier, sorry. Cab can be tried out in Chichester, or near Worthing, just ask. Gone back to my old Acoustic gear ( I always do, in the end !)
  4. Brilliant guy to deal with, very helpful and comunicative, despite no money changing hands. Thanks.
  5. Hi John, Yep, Still here, just being used as my office backup with my V-type practice amp !
  6. Hi, I have an "as new" celestion 300 watt 15 , ( non- neo )as recommended as replacement in 1153 cab, Any good to you
  7. Hi Dropzone, That'll save on postage then ! Pm me your contact details, and I'll get the book to you, Best Wishes (Chi) Mike.
  8. Hi, Is it too late to be added to list, I live near Portsmouth, and travel to Brighton quite often, Gig/ jam 3 nights a week at least, so would only need a couple of days to try, and maybe could pickup, or deliver back, to Brighton, if it helps! Ta Mike.
  9. Hi OLDMAN, No, not invisible, today is the first chance I've had to find my Ashdown catalogue which has the answers you need. dims.... 19.5 inches wide, 19 inches high, and 13.2 inches deep, weight is 30 KG. Best Wishes Mike.
  10. Hi, I'm willing to carefully pack the cab, for you to arrange collection. Happy to get another local basschatter to check cab over for you , before sending. However,I'm not willing to risk carriers myself. Will always deliver, where humanly possible, but N.I is too far to swim ! Best Wishes Mike
  11. I still have one for sale, as I had a pair !
  12. Hi Mart, Thanks, arrived safely today, now if I could just find my reading glasses.....................
  13. Hi All, Just a long shot. Is there anyone from the Southampton area driving to the Show on Saturday, that could give my (grown up ) son a lift, as I now can't collect him.( will help with petrol ) Thanks Mike
  14. Using my EBS 2 x 12 now, so this has to go. I first heard a friend of mine playing through one of these cabs, and was knocked out by the full and punchy sound . Didn't think such a small cab could be so good ! Quite the little secret. So I bought one, and used it, till I got the EBS bug. Used it with modern tranny amps, but also old Acoustic amps, and my Ampeg V4B, always gave a good sound. Nice and compact, fits in the smallest of cars. If you are near Chichester/ Worthing, come and give it a try ! Price is £195, collected from West Sussex
  15. Up for grabs is my Hughes and Kettner 15 inch Bass cab, 8 ohms, the earlier one with the heavy duty cast speaker. I'm the second owner, and the guy I bought it from had it from new. Both of us used it as a Booster speaker, with our Trace Elliot gear, for ( the odd) larger venue. I'm mainly using my EBS 2 x 12 now, and as it's 4 ohm, I won't need this ( or my other 8ohm cab )any more. Price is £185, collected from west Sussex.
  16. Yep, Series 6, I still have one of these, great amps, much "gruntier " ( punchier ) than the later Trace stuff. Quite heavy, but an easier lift than the horizontal 2 x 10, as only 19 inches wide. Go through doors easier too.
  17. Hiya, Trace Elliot did a great 4 x 12 sealed cab, to go with their Valve series amps. Superb sound, and go for peanuts ! Did one without a tweeter, Heavy cabs, though .
  18. Great for practising, using the built in drums. Stops the "falling asleep to the metronome" syndrome, or is that just me ?
