I got a 2×15 cab. Built like a tank but too heavy to lift.. So I use my one man lift lightweight Markbass instead now. I have a set waiting to be put on my Thunderbird. Not sure they will be a good match though. Maybe they will be best suited to a more hi-fi bass. I have never tried them before.

I have the matching 2 x 15 cab stored in my house. It is monsterous, it is by far and away the most rugged cab I have ever seen, but it weighs a ton. I looked for the H&K Quantum range online and found very little like you say, but what I did find was very positive, it was very high end equipment when released i believe.

I went to a Dying Fetus / Cannibal Corpse gig a couple of years ago with lots of high spirited moshing involved. Then out of the blue, appeared a young female crowd killer...
