    Quite interesting, I think many in the UK feel that authenticity demands beat up Fenders yet when I see genuine blues or rock folk in the US, they have Brubakers, Yamahas and Foderas….ie, the best for the job. That being said, when you say signature bass, I think Geddy Lee, Nathan East, Tony Franklin, Steve Harris, Nate Mendel and Hook's Yamaha.
