    well if anyones up this end (liverpool) we got a nice little duo ( bass and acoustic guitar) doin a set... on the pen and wig pub harrington street (city centre)... every thursday nite ... first gigs i,ve played after 20 years of not even touching me bass and lovin every minute of it now... ( nice,n mellow not the name by the way) !!!!!

    dean bass... played one of these,, but not tru a amp,,, loved the thin neck..( like my 76 fender p deluxe).. and i,m looking for a cheap second bass this was about 350 quid. (will prob try and find one used on fleebay).. anyone recomend these bases ??.. wots they sound like ?? thanx.. ps if this in wrong section can a mod move..ta..

    so whats a nice smooth bright 40,s bass string set, i also put a set of rotosound nickel on but found they where just like 45,s ( off fleebay again).. I HAV,NT played for a good few years and have put the old strings back on.. (1976 P.bass)....

    elites bass strings,,,,,, anyone used these strings,, just got a set off fleebay and there rough as f**k... like sand paper when sliding tru notes,,, any info lads,,, ps if this is in wrong section please move..
