I traded this bass from BCer Shaun in October 2011. Since then I have re-strung it and fitted a new battery, used it at home and rehearsal but not gigged it. I'll include the gig bag I got with it. The value last October was £650 and for trade world, that's the value. Hard cash, £600. I have some additional pics which I can email to you if interested. The pics tend to give it a slightly reddy-brown hue, it's not it's dark brown. I'm in Milton Keynes if you want to come and try it out. In trade world I'm looking for light weight, high performance bass speakers and amps, so Markbass, Orange, Barefaced, TC Electronic etc A couple of things to note, the truss rod cover is not the original, just a blain black cover. I would consider it, but would rather not until the LD750 moves as I have gigs coming up and need the pre-sets until I get a replacement. I have a FBV Express which will drive the LD750, but to get access to the full range of patches you need the shortboard. If someone wants to take the LD750 with the Express, then no problem.

I had a look at previous sales of this cab, going rate is around £500. I paid over £800 for it originally.

These are great basses, if I was asked to recommend a new bass player for a good quality bass this would be high on my list. I am very lucky in having an embarassment of riches in the 4 string world. This bass is in tip yop shape, no scratches or buckle rash. Strap locks fitted and a new set of strings. As far as posting to Europe, I think the cost would almost be high on what is a budget price bass.

I can do photo's no problem. As for shipping I will try and find out the cost for you, but yes in principle I have no objection.

The only difference is I fitted strap locks. In feel it's very similar to a jazz with a thin neck, fast action and has some balls with both single coil and humbucker pickups, active electronics. So have you a similar quality 5 string you wish to trade? I live in Milton Keynes but travel around a fair bit so could come to you if required. If anyone wanted to buy it I would be looking around the £200 market, that's what I paid for it. I have just fitted a new set of Rotosound 66 strings. It has been used in rehearsals and taken to gigs as a backup, but no real wear. Thanks for looking.

Ok, the GB4 is a great bass but it is much more like a jazz in feel and musicman type pickups and active circuitry. Good luck.

Well it wasn't traded, it's around 8 - 9 Lbs in weight. But I've not had any firm offers so this looks like staying in the collection, cool!
