  1. I don't know, i've kind of arranged to get it from the person before me, and the person after me is arranging getting it from me o_O
  2. Pretty much. I can't remember if the power socket is all the way down there or if it is at the top of the pedal.
  3. I have a very crowded board, so just replaced my old true bypass loops with some smaller ones. So I no longer have use for the old ones! I have 2 True Bypass loops for sale - built solidly, work perfectly, led a very easy life. Both have an LED to indicate on/off. MXR sized unpainted enclosures. SOLD I also have an A/B selector I use to switch between my wireless unit and a standard lead. Basically the point behind this is that I didn't want to have to plug in or unplug my wireless receiver every time I wanted to use it or my lead, so I leave the wireless permanently plugged into this, and use the footswitch to choose which input I use. That's not the only use there is for this pedal though. Use your imagination. I've not tried it, but I'm pretty sure you could use it in reverse too to select between two outputs instead of inputs. Don't quote me on that though. Same style enclosure as the true bypass loops. Two LEDs to indicate which input is in use. It is laid out horizontally rather than vertically, with all of the jack sockets along one side. £25 posted.
  4. Nice. How long is the cab staying with each person?
  5. Not sold yet, but something might be going through with it. If not, I'll let people who've been interested know. Should know in about a week anyway
  6. I'm in Sheffield, so I'll keep an eye out for it at any gigs I'm at. Hope you get it back!
  7. There's a video of someone playing it on Youtube on a Fender V that looked alright. Give it a check out.
  8. The individual bridge on mine (I assume the same as on yours) has been using a 130 B string for the last year, and currently has a 135 on. I've been using Rotosounds until now, and the 135 is an Overwater. I don't think either are tapered.
  9. It isn't that - I don't want the bottom cab shallower than the top one for stability purposes - something inside tells me that is so wrong! Hah. Even though I know an inch or two would make very little difference, its the peace of mind that I won't knock it over so easily (accidents can happen!) I am thinking of upgrading my power amp though. Very happy with my PLX1202 under normal circumstances, so I could just do with a higher powered one of them I guess.
  10. Oh, you're pretty close to me then Sean Could make for a pretty smooth handover, that!
  11. All sounds good to me, though I don't drive, so I can't go to meet people. I am perfectly happy forking out some money for postage though
  12. I have 3 delays on my board - 1 for silly noises, one for looping and one for delay/reverb. So I'm sure 4 can probably be explained pretty easily
  13. How loud do they go? I really need something like the B2 sounds to be, but I'd need to get some moderate to serious volume out of it.
  14. I just tried arranging my pedals on my Tourman to see if they would all fit. Short answer is no. I'm going to cull some pedals, and rearrange it all. Going to be the tightest fit you've ever seen on a Diago I think
  15. How did I not see this before? Would have loved it.
  16. Do want to play.
  17. That's assuming it is the same height as the Big One, right?
  18. I'm feeling a lot of Muse hate in here! They are a great band. Wolstenholme and the rest of Muse are not virtuosos, but they create songs which are absolute juggernauts. Chris' tone is also great. I lost interest a little after the first two albums though, I have to say. Felt a lot less organic.
  19. I did consider the Big Sub actually. Wouldn't mind some actual dimensions on it! Something that I keep coming back to is that Something like the Big Sub is going to want more power to run it effectively at volume than my Schroeder, isn't it, surely? Just to move that much low end. Guess I won't know until I try it really.
  20. Both my 1212Ls are also fine - though they're not the same size!
  21. That is a fantastic offer, thanks Steve! I don't have any transport for the rest of my rig though unfortunately :/
  22. Okay, so I'm currently looking at shaking up my rig a little. I use 2 Schroeder 1212Ls - one smooth and clean, the other driven and effected. I really like the 1212L for the driven sound, but it lacks a little in low end for the clean one I feel. Also, I'm having to drive my poweramp to the point of clipping to get the volume I want out of it without it starting to fart out (partly because its at floor level while the other cab is sat above it, more audibly). So I was thinking of replacing it, and the Barefaced cabs seem a credible option. For the purpose of replacing like-for-like (space is a consideration), I'm thinking of the Compact. I don't need the midrange and treble the tweeter on the larger cabs give you - that all comes from the first Schroeder cab. Does that sound like the right cab for what I'm doing? I don't have the space for anything bigger. I'm currently running each Schroeder at 375W at 4 ohms each from a QSC PLX1202. If one Schroeder is still running at that level, but the Barefaced cab on the second channel is running at 200W (I think) at 8 ohms, will it still keep up with the Schroeder I am using now for my clean signal, and surpass it in levels? That's the most important question, as if it won't, then this is all a bit pointless! Secondly, with regards to stacking - I'm a sucker for aesthetics. The Compact laid sideways will only be a couple of inches wider than the Schroeder sitting on top of it. I think I can cope with that. However, the Schroeder is still 3 inches deeper than the Compact, and I don't think I can cope with having a cab which overhangs the one below it! Can anyone see any way round that at all? I know Alex won't make a cab with different dimensions, so I wouldn't ask him to! Cheers
  23. I always unplug anyway... Maybe leave your stand far enough away from where you practice that you are forced to unplug? Or leave a note on your stand reminding you?
  24. I'd be interested If its soon, I'm doing quite a few gigs in July and the months after, so someone could even pick it up from a gig after I've used it! I'm in Sheffield.
