Passive MM3 in natural/maple in good condition. OLP manufactured these licensed from Ernie Ball MM. Great Stingray banger with a good range of tones available, does the Stingray sound surprisingly well and nails it completely with the addition of an active preamp as many have done before. Second of my USA Deluxes to go. One of Fender's best 5 string jazzes, now discontinued. Absolute quality build and finish. This bass has been played - by me, original owner - and has a few knocks and dings to show for it as pictured. There's a small nick in the tip of the headstock (damn those venues with low ceilings) and the finish has come away in a small spot on the back of the guitar exposing the wood. Nothing to affect structure or playability though and gives it a bit of the old roadworn in a couple of places. Amazing range of tones available from the N3 pickups and 18V preamp which is active/passive switchable. The neck plays wonderfully with rolled edges, B string is tight and action can go nice and low.
