  1. Extremely lovely example of THE all time classic rock amplifier This is one of the last point-to-point hand soldered Marshalls, as they went to PCB's later in 1973. The mains transformer was replaced with a Dagnall T3556 transformer which would have been supplied at the time. Just fired it up after being stored under the bed for about 5 years and it sounded great. So loud, but pleasantly loud. Forgot how rock scary it was/is. Power socket, knobs down to chassis bolts/screws etc are all original. Comes with bulgin power socket/lead but no tremolo lead (hello sailor) Welcome to trial here in Coseley WV149PU Can ship at buyers expense to an agreed courier. Cheers, Geoff

  2. Specs to the original 1963 version This single split-coil pickup utilizes enamel coated wire, flush-mount pole pieces, and Alnico V magnets to achieve the sound that started it all. It provides full, rich, and powerful low end that the P-Bass has become renowned for, with a warm and punchy midrange and clear defined highs. Cloth covered lead wires. DC resistance 12K Ohms. Inductance 7 Henries.
  3. Short scale 30” 2010-2011 in excellent condition. Alder body, slim maple neck with rosewood fretboard - not Pau Ferro. I replaced the Duncan designed MB pickups with Nordstrand NM4 which gives the bass a better punchy clearer warm tone. (Original p/us included in sale) Neck straight, truss rod fine, action like butter and a pleasure to play. Strung with new 45-100 Chromes flats. No mods other than p/u replacement, no issues whatsoever. Weight is 3.6kg. Complete with Fender hard case purposely made for the Mustang. Welcome to trial here or can ship with an agreed price. Cheers Geoff, West Midlands.
  4. Reduced to £150. Absolute bargain. Nice neck feel and action.
  5. Reduced to £160 crazy
  6. Mid 80’s Matsomoku Japan. Few marks on original red finish as to be expected. Product number erased by previous owner/s, daft. Passive Vol & Tone. 3 ply maple neck /RW. Truss rod fine. I’ve set it up nice and have replaced the brass tarnished saddles with new Fender - originals included in sale. Original dirty brass nut needs dipping in vinegar-can’t be bothered. Original knobs. Strap button has alternative position. Must be old Dimarzios and you can’t beat those pickups in THAT position. Electrics untouched. Balanced volume throughout. Go faster stripes I put on can be removed without leaving marks. Some buckle rash on the back as to be expected. New Rotos rounds 105-45 fitted. A very nice bass with a warm punchy sound at a fraction price of a Fender. Welcome to trial here amped up before purchase, you wouldn’t be disappointed. Includes good padded gig bag Can ship in appropriate box with protection. Cheers Geoff
  7. This was mine. I’m never happy. Sold about 10 years ago
  8. Excellent working order. 450w @ 4ohm. Can use either neutrik or standard jack for speaker. In addition to a standard tone tweaking, (I usually use this to suit the acoustics of the venue) there are 3 memory presets which can be simply programmed to suit a particular style of play. The built in led tuner is very useful at times. You will note the knob change - renowned. Very powerful. I have three bass heads and one reluctantly has to go. Small hairline mark by the headphone input but works normally. TC bag included. Very welcome to trial here in WV14 or can post at buyers expense/preference Geoff
  9. The pickup must be worth £80!
  10. The tone is basically identical to the CE-2 with the addition of a Mix knob for wet/dry blend. These pedals don’t turn up that often as people tend to keep hold of them. Uses a PP3 9v battery or 9v adaptor. Excellent working order (indestructible!) Welcome to test/trial here before purchase.
  11. Reduced. This amp you not only hear but the guitarist can ‘feel it’
  12. Possibly Eden’s best bass guitar head. Power 400 Watts RMS @ 4 Ohms with a minimum of 3db of headroom. Big sound and easy to get a great tone without a lot of knob tweaking. I’ve replaced the pre amp valve and added foam under the amp as levelling support to the rack ears. Stable. Perfect working order. Amp dimensions 12”W x 3.5”H x 12”D. 13lbs/ 5.9kg. You’re very welcome to try out here in Coseley West Midlands. I’ve posted amps before so could oblige on an agreement. Cheers, Geoff
  13. You’ve probably looked up the spec but here it is anyway: http://www.markbass.it/product-detail/big-bang/
