    I have a Bareknuckle 58 in my 61P, and a Nordstrand NP4V in my 64P. Both are superb pickups and deliver on “the sound”. I also have an Aguilar AG60P lying around waiting to be put in something, I hear that’s a pretty special pickup too. Was going to put it in my medium scale P, but that currently has a Fender Custom Shop 62 in it and that sounds pretty killer too...

    I generally find it quite easy to remember the different layouts I have - the trouble for me is that the Sadowsky preamps have a reversed blend knob which I actually prefer (counter-clockwise for neck, turn up for bridge). Acts a bit like a tone knob effectively.

    Really simple to remember that layout - volume knobs are closest to the pickup they control, and the other is a tone 😊

    😂 Like you I’m a Super guy, my Super P5 is my #1. This is so cool though. If it was in Super scale l, I would be selling anything I could get my hands on to buy this. Just wow.

    I tried a similar Marleaux at the LBGS show a couple years ago, and last year acquired a Wingbass which is a lot cheaper and more unique IMO.

    I would be inclined to loosen the truss rod. It is designed to counteract string tension, so without it it may backbow the heck. Otherwise, bubble wrap and store somewhere you would be comfortable (not too hot or cold, not too dry or damp)
