1.
Crunch - that's the sound of me hitting my bottom line. I bought this for £750 10 years ago - not going to go any lower. Grab yourself a gorgeous well-aged ABG!
I'm probably missing something here - but the ad says £950 and you bought it for £750 ten years ago and won't go any lower? Normally people sell their 10-year-old basses for less than they bought them for, unless they're pre-CBS vintage Fenders...
2. Picked up Rumple's medium scale Fender Jazz a couple days ago, and it's brilliant. Got me thinking... Anyone know of any decent, affordable 32" sixers with narrow string spacing? I tried Steve Lawson's Elrick signature and really liked it (33" scale, 16.5mm spacing), but I don't have 3 grand to drop on one. I suppose a custom Marusczyk is an option, but would be interesting if there is already a production model around.
3. Oh man... a 32" and 16.5 sixer is exactly what I'm looking for!
4.
Im in the US, price is shipped worldwide
Beware CITES and import duty will affect the decisions of many UK buyers.
5. Some specifications are probably going to be handy. Pickups, electronics, weight, scale, woods...

Rumple

Possibly the quickest transaction ever - about four hours from announcing availability to pickup! Dave was a true gent. Would happily deal again!
7. Oh, I do love and want it. I just can't quite afford it!
8. I had one of these in white with a John East J-Retro Deluxe and coil taps, and it was a monster bass. Only sold it to fund a Dingwall.
9.
What does the Bare Knuckle pick-up give you that the custom shop pick-up didn't? I have an '57 journey man too & love the sound so interested to hear what I'm missing?
I have the Bareknuckle in my '61P (installed by previous owner) and it's an excellent pickup. I'm getting a '64 restored at the moment and that's getting a Nordstrand NP4v put in - quite looking forward to seeing how they both compare actually.
10. Keep popping in to look at this...
11. I like the Bareknuckle 58 in my 61P, and am hoping for good things from the Nordstrand NP4v going into my 64P (replacing the Quarter Pounder that's in there now)... but I've also found the Entwhistles in my Revelation fretless to be surprisingly good.
12. Love my MV4 - it's exactly this but with a maple board. KILLER instruments, incredible super jazzes.
13. There is an RG group on Facebook where you could list it instead.
14. Ah I didn't realise it was in another forum, I just eyeballed this one and didnt see it. Apologies!
15. I'll let it speak for itself... comments? https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=nQgAv2jcmcI
16. Someone's going to pop along and ask how much it weighs (:
17. I have a Revelation fretless PJ which is a lot nicer than it deserves to be for the money. Looks great, nice tone with the Entwhistles, plays very nicely and lightweight too.
18. Oh man, this is tempting...!!!!
19. I think that's my old Strat, isn't it? In which case it's specifically a 54 Reissue with the V shaped neck.
20. Bump after a long while, would like to sell to fund restoration of my 64 P.
21. Jo is one of the finest bass players in the country, and while he could make any bass sound phenomenal, this one was always spectacular. He also takes great care of his gear. Buy with total confidence.
22. ... and spacing and weight?
23. I already have two sunburst pre-CBS Ps so I really shouldn't be even looking...
