7.
I see many comments about Joe Bonamassa being uninspiring and just a generic blues showman with no real talent. It shows that you can`t please people.I think he is great. I know he is no Gary Moore, Alvin Lee, etc, etc, but so what, it doesn`t matter as those two are sadly no longer with us. It is good to have someone still out there selling big venues out. That is the problem with blues, everyone wants to compare everyone. Blue, glad Chantel replied to you. I have only seen her once, and she seems real down to earth.
I think JB is a talented guitarist. I took the kids to see one of his shows before his popularity exploded and they were both blown away. More recently I went to see him again (maybe 2 years ago) and the show seems to have turned into a 'look how many guitars I own' fest. He can still play a bit though!
8. I suspect everybody's Ultimate Jazz bass will be somewhat different to say the least. My personal Ultimate Jazz is currently in build with ACG.
9. Fretles with flats and a filter preamp can get quite close I think. Play over the end of the board too.

Once more into the breech.
11. Thanks for the purchase of my Ebow. Quick payment and plenty of PMs.
12.
Does this work with bass?

I can say it does work with bass but you need to practice on using it. Is not a plug and go thing, you need to find the sweet spot for the bass/strings. Otherwise the sound is lovely on my fretless.
Yes they wok fine with a bass. I bought it to try with my fretless after listening to some samples on here. I was thinking about getting a looper to use with it but life is very busy at the moment and I just not being able to make the time to do justice to it.
13. For sale is my as new Ebow Plus. Boxed with instructions. £50 posted UK mainland please.
14. Thanks fellas. They are great but completely out of context for the band so it has barely been touched since I bought it.
15. There's a guy on here called Dread Bass who plays in a couple of metal bands, sorry can't remember the names but they're in his sig.
16. May-have-overpriced-it-so-now-reduced-type bump.
17.
This http://www.ebay.co.u...=item2a4dbab7fd is probably £50 overpriced, but if you like big chunky necks these are fine. (I don't, and mine is not for sale!)
#not seen one of those before. Can you describe the tone if possible please?
