1. Excellent stuff. On of my personal goals this year is to learn Starship Trooper.
2. Genuinely not bothered, I prefer what works for me.
3. Thanks for the heads-up. I'll get along to the gig if they are coming up to to anywhere near me. Have most of their output (not the new one yet).
4. No info at all, but just bought Rio

Nice Warwicks indeed. How's the plan for the fretless coming along?
6. Yeah, I sympathise too. My Spector Legend 4 is, I think, around BC somewhere and I'd definitely have it back.

Grim. What percentage of the market is LH sales I wonder? Would more stock mean more sales, tricky issue for the retailers I guess. Is the lefty market place on here a good source of instruments - I've never looked tbh?

How much of a problem is it being a lefty bluejay? Can you get pretty much what you want (eventually) but presumably much harder to find examples to try out I'm guessing; at least judging by what I haven't seen in the high street.

Yeah, why is it that Warwick NTs often have 2 extra frets? Just because they would fit?

My fav Fender colour. For the record Mr bagsieblue is a top banana and is excellent to deal with, and if you ask him nicely he'll show you his Warwicks. Can I say that on a Sunday?
12. I you want a version to self-harm to, there's always the Dolly Parton cover. IIRC there was an album of Stairway covers released some time ago.
13. Isn't Barefaced in Brighton? I'm sure Alex would be happy to accommodate something.
That upside-down-Stryker Adam Clayton monstrosity should simply be burned.
...and that would be an act of supreme kindness to it really.
My personal favourite is the Thumb NT (or just plain old Thumb as it was when I first fell for it)
I've never seen a Thump (NT or BO) in the flesh, what are they like and what makes them good?

All Streamers so far, so Ned Steinberger & Stuart Spector got it very right then. I've always admired the Infinity models (from afar as they are quite pricey).
17. There is a lot of discussion on here about Fender, Musicman / Stingray and RIC basses but less it seems about Warwicks. So what is considered to be the state of the art / best ever Warwick bass? I used to own an MIG Corvette Std that I sort of regret selling now (but needed to at the time), and I could seriously be tempted to get back into the saddle in the future. Probably not a candidate for the 'Ultimate Warwick' tag though. I have had a play of a number in Mr bagsieblues' collection too and they were all lovely in their own way. Calling on all you Warwick experts; what would you buy (if you could)?
18.
I suspect that Sean's tongue was well and truly stuffed deep into his cheek for his comment.
OK fair enough, toys back in pram now. Didn't read that way though imho.
19. Oh, sorry, pardon me for daring to express an opinion. However as I'm the punter not the marketing department I demand the right not to be confused. Many books have been written about marketing, most of them cheque books.
