    Following on from the P/MM post, Is it possible to rewire a bass with a Jazz p/up (neck position) and an MM p/up (bridge position) such that with a suitable 5-way rotary switch, and treating the bass as 3 single coil p/ups (is an MM the same as a humbucker in this respect?), can give you the following options: Bridge single coil Bridge Humbucker Middle single coil Mid/Neck Humbucker Neck single coil Any thoughts, wiring diagrams, switch suggestions etc welcome!

    My personal favs are the TI JF344s but for half the price I think the Fender 9050 CLs are really good too. I've not noticed any significant wear from flats yet (my longest serving f/l was in my possession for around 3 years strung with flats).

    As per the title really! The Chrome set may actually be from two different sets as the buttons look a slightly different 'colour' to the locking part. Not really noticeable in use though. £10 posted UK each set, or £17.50 posted UK for both of them. Thanks for looking. Happy to do pictures if required.

    For sale is my pretty new ACG pre amp. Wonderful piece of kit that slots straight into a Jazz bass. The filter based EQ is capable of a wide range of tones and has really brought my fretless bass to life. It's up for sale as I've got around to selling my fretless Jazz in preparation for my new build bass. Happy to do photos if required, but it's only 3 months old and in pristine condition, cost new £185 + P&P. [b]For sale at £120 posted UK mainland.
