    I released a solo album on 1st September 2017 featuring bass guitar and some acoustic guitar. Having started playing in 1981 the album is typified with influences by Mark King & Stanley Clarke. All tunes are original compositions. The style is pretty chilled out.

    JJ is virtually identical to mk500. Jj has a different input cos jj uses passive basses. That's really it. Both top draw grade.

    I've got TC & Markbass & Ashdown MK500 & Alembic Preamps & GK. So. TC effects = best. TC amp not as good as Markbass! End. I have t tried Blacksmith. TC though is lacking personality really. It's a bit too clinical. Mark add has clarity and warmth/cut.
