    Was hoping to a NCD later, but Dropped Parcel Deliberately can't deliver to a appointed Pickup Shop apparently because the packaging was unsuitable. Fingers crossed for tomorrow.

    So can't really tell if i don't have a variety of cabs to AB. I will give it a go when the new cab arrives against my db112, but it wont be like for like obviously as the new cab is a miniscule 110.

    Will do, I have a week’s worth of am dram pit work first week of December, hopefully the cab is ideal for it.

    Seeing as one of these is still two thirds of a secondhand one10 and after a full day of carting kit around into the small hours- trigger pulled, one of these is on the way.

    I'm keeping an eye on the for sales, it seems to be a common problem. My Aggies are over ten years old now, they cost me the equivalent price and the fit and finish, apart from one or two slight marks is still excellent. I must be getting old because I really like having smart cabs!

    How did I miss this? Been umming and ahhing over a BF one10 but the peeling tolex is an absolute deal breaker for me. Spent the pocket money on an UA Apollo twin instead and used it once in 2 months. Had too many mad dash gigs these would have been perfect for.

    Wouldn’t be surprised, he was an endorsee. A position I’d happily accept, I have an lb100 and an asat, and have aspirations of a 5 string jb for the next significant birthday.

    Great call. I can remember being stuck in a traffic jam with my dad aged about 11, and hearing Everybody Needs Somebody on the car radio. The bassline at the end had to be good because I could hear it and we were in a Lada.

    Here's our promo video for an upcoming gig. We play a fund raiser for the local theatre and the footage is from the last one.

    Ahhh, our cheese grater playing friends deserve some love sometimes! I did have a listen to The Highwomen's The Chain to hear the Gibson/ dimed 100w Marshall he mentioned. Seems to 'cut through the mix' without too much difficulty.

    That depends if you're going to read the instructions or change the bulb by feel.

    Barn dances are great fun, especially if the audience doesn't what they're doing- you just stand there whilst the caller teaches them! If you do one on guitar your brain will become addled by every conceivable combination of D, G and A when a Bm comes along ITS THE HARDEST CHORD IN THE WORLD!
