1. If I knew it was an Allparts for sure then I'd be interested also, but it could be a junk £60 eBay neck for all I know... shame!
2. Yeah, think I will mate...
3. Well I think thats confirmed my suspicions that this is probably not Fender, the guy wants £500 for it too. I can get one to spec shipped over by Warmoth for that money! Thanks all....
4. These are the only pics I can get from the guy. I was wondering what the heel looks like too to check it out properly. It just feels a bit suspect so far...
5. Hi Conan, I was looking at this myself but shouldn't spend any more yet so I'll share the link with you... http://www.gumtree.com/p/for-sale/fender-geddy-lee-signature-jazz-bass/1049701940#photo-content (apologies for thread hijack, just helping out a BC member with GAS)
6. Is this genuine Fender? The seller tells me he bought it from Fender US just over 10 years ago. He tells me that back then Fender didn't sell replacement necks with logos without proof of ownership, serial no etc. and that's why there's no logo on the headstock. The fact that there are no markings whatsoever makes me think it may possibly be a non-brand cheapo, plus at the moment Fender only sell dot marker necks, no blocks and binding necks. He has no receipts or paperwork to prove its Fender, so I'm hesitant to part with any cash yet. Any Fender experts out there in BC world care to cast an eye over this? It's definitely pretty, but it could be pretty useless...
7. Saw them last night. He had 2 Gretsch basses and a Fender Starcaster. Forget the basses though... that pedal setup and the sound he gets!! F**k me! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2DhUcyjHyJY
8. This one? http://www.audiomasterclass.com/
9. Thanks! That sounds great, I've just had a quick read through their website. What nights do you attend the uni?
10. Has anyone here done a sound recording course at all and have any they can recommend. I'm in full time employment so it's unfortunately not something I can dive into full time, but I am interested in a part time / evening / weekends course if anyone can recommend any good ones around? I live near High Wycombe in Bucks, so home counties and London are my target areas realistically. Thanks all as always

19. There's also the Bass Thing one that Phil made for him too, the copy of the Big Thing album cover.
20.
It strikes me that bands used to get on telly when they were still pretty sh*t back in those days. You'd never get away with that now.
LOL...if only DD were as talented as 1D
