Hi there, intrigued by the Daniel D tube preamp, can you shed a little more light on this, how does it compare to e.g. a Dave Hall VT1, any reviews on bass?

Hi, selling my VT bass, its the original first version without the speaker emulation defeat button . This pedal has been getting rave reviews here and on talkbass and im sure fellow basschatters know how good it is. Selling as its not 100% the sound I want and im looking into getting a pedal with a valve in it ( maybe a Dave Hall VT pedal) so this one has to go unfortunately. I bought it off bassybill in Sept for £80 and gigged it 4 times since so im charging £80 inc postage from Northern Ireland. Tradewise, Id only really be interested in a trade for a DHA VT 1 plus some cash my way. I dont have the original tin for it but still have the manual and will obviously provide a box for shipping etc Thanks for looking, Michael

Seems like a nice dude and a bit eccentric! I currently use a Behringer BX1200 combo and it is loud enough but wanted the "round sound" and portability of the micro svt rig.
