Hello My old man is considering selling his old Pre CBS precision neck with original tuners, He changed the fretboard to a Maple one back in the day, got rid of the body and original pick ups (I know!) and had it replaced with a Jazz Bass body replica made by Gordon Smith when he used to make basses aswell fitted with 70's Fender jazz bass pickups and was just wondering around how much it would fetch as he wants to save up and get a Pastorius (his Hero) style bass. As I am a guitar man i have no idea on how much it is worth but have seen a few sell on ebay for quite a fair bit. Cheers, Jacob
