  8. I hear what you are saying, in that case theres always youtube reviews to understand how they sound. FWIW when i was in the market for a 10" cab i was recomended the EA wizzy, might be another to consider
  9. not wanting to sound patronising TRY several and make your choice, I like Bergantino cabs for example, some one else aguilar, someone else Ashdown etc etc the list goes on and on. Take the amp with you and try as many as possible would be my advice

  17. This is the premium warwick rockbag gig bag supplied with my new Corvette a few years ago, has the 'velvet interior' and a neck restraint. Has had very little use, as i bought a hard case for the corvette. These are currently for sale @ £55.00 online Looking for £20, plus postage

[/quote] i didn't realise that until recently, my own was really heavy and i was used to it. I tried an identical bass when demoing an amp at mansons and couldn't get over the difference in weight. and have a 'bump' on me.
  21. I've just recently switched to a 5 string too. I sold my 4 string so i could focus slowly on the 5 string solely, i've also taken this opportunity to go back to basics and am currently working my way through the scales and modes book.
