As the general 'sort out' of gear continues prior to a house move, here is my mint Markbass CMD121P. The combo hasn't left the house and has only been used for the occasional noodling - so in 'as new' condition as you can get. This is the Italian version and not the later 'made somewhere else' variety The price is £525 plus shipping - I still have the original box. Details: Our flagship combo has changed the bass amp market forever. Decided, finally, to part with my Shuker Custom 4. This Shuker is based on Jon's Horn bass series but with many custom features, which make it a very special bass indeed. For a start, the flame maple top sits beautifully under the transparent blue gloss with the matching flame maple fingerboard just adding to the aesthetics. The neck is a really nice, slim nine piece - wedge, paduak, maple - with white LED side inlays. The full details are below but this is bass has custom designed electronics giving a 2 band eq with a P/J pup configuration. The tonal palette is extremely broad allowing you to achieve the typical P bass or jazz sounds with a wide variety in between. At 3.5kg's the bass is not only light but balances extremely well, making playing effortless. The bass was made in 2011 and is in mint condition - having hardly any playing time at all (I tend to use my Sei almost all of the time). The bass comes with a nice Shuker branded hard case. To have this bass made now - apart from at least a twelve month wait - would cost upwards of £2100 - £2400 (£1900 for the base model and then add custom pups, EQ, LED's, AAAAA Flame maple etc. 33” scale 38mm top nut - brass nut 18mm string spacing but fully adjustable AAAAA Flame maple body - blue transparent gloss Flame maple fingerboard 9 piece maple, wedge, paduak neck - twin carbo fibre truss rods Custom pre amp based upon a 2 band Fender Precision 1980’s - push/pull active/passive Front pick up is a Precision pup in a soap bar casing - back pup is a jazz, so a P/J configuration Side white LED’s operated by a switch on the control cavity with separate battery 3.5kg Branded Shuker hard case

Bought this three weeks ago purely to use as a practice combo at home. It is a great little combo but just not for me. I think you either like the TC gear and sound or you don't - I don't! It sounded good in the shop, is portable, powerful at 250watts, and overall a rugged combo. I have given it a couple of hours playing time at home but it still hasn't grown on me at all So, here is a pristine combo, as new, boxed and yours for £170 plus shipping. TC Electronic BG250-208 delivers an ultra-light, ultra-affordable bass combo amplifier loaded with an unbelievable array of features. TC Electronic BG250-208 pushes 250-Watts of raw bass tone through two 8" speakers and gives you the power to choose and replace onboard effects, time and time again. BG250-208 ships including revolutionary TonePrint technology, which gives users access to a vast amount of signature tones created by an ever-expanding list of the world's finest bass players such as Nathan East (Eric Clapton, Fourplay, Toto), Charles Cave (White Lies), Michael Shuman (Queens of the Stoneage), Gail Ann Dorsey (Lenny Kravitz, David Bowie, Seal), Mark King (Level 42), Roscoe Beck (Leonard Cohen, Robben Ford) and many more - all free of charge. BG250-208 is a loud and light 250-Watt open-design amp that will surpass everything that you've come to expect from a bass combo. BG250-208 comes packed with 250 watts of power, delivered through TC's cutting-edge, lightweight Class D amp technology. This helps reduce the total weight of BG250-208 to an extremely portable and friendly 13.3Kg., making it one of the lightest yet loudest combos in its class. The preamp on TC Electronic BG250-208 features an ultra-fast, integrated 5/6-string bass tuner and intelligently contoured Bass Tone controls that creates anything from crispy, modern slap tones over grungy, cranked tube like tones for classic rock to tight and funky Jaco tones with ease. An Auxiliary input and headphone output cater for any playback and rehearsal situation, while a balanced XLR output makes recording and live performance a breeze, all of which is underpinned by the cornerstone of great bass amps: superb tone. http://www.iguitarmag.com/magazine-editions/guitar-interactive-issue-23/reviews/tc-electronic-bg250-208/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E9CsjWYb2KQ
Wonderful basses. I got my Consat Custom from Scooby and it is still (despite other purchases) the finest bass I've ever played. I wish I could stretch to another one.
Most definitely a wonderful bass - just looking for a home!

Here's my Glockenklang Blue Soul amp head. An absolutely superb amp, which sounds even better than the reviews! After a few weeks with this amp head I've decided that I rather like the look and sound of the Glockenklang Blue Sky so, up for grabs is the Blue Soul The head is mint - just a few weeks old - and comes with the Glockenklang gig bag and rack ears.
