    Are they ' proper ' EMG's or the cheaper EMGHZ pickups ? What is the control layout ? I have a matching fretless so very tempted.

    Pretty sure I've played this exact bass. Really good instrument & love the esh-tronic circuit. The piezo sounds amazing & the neck is very nice indeed. Wish I had the funds.

    I love mine. Wish I could afford to buy this as a spare. I'd be lost without it. Best thing for me is the ability to assign any effect parameter ( or multiple ) to the expression pedal. Something you can't do with many individual FX. Victor Wooten uses these as well, nuff said.
