[/quote] Definetly fine! Was the bannister i broke. The neck is fine 100% and it was just the grain lines i kept concentrating on. Checked it over, nut removed and re-set on, sound tested, etc etc. Its all fine!! Christ, i nearly had a connery (in the words of Del Boy)

Thing is, when it happened, i was certain that i hadnt actually fell on it but that id held it out. Turns out it may have been the bannister/hand rail that may have cracked as i grabbed it on the way down. Had me absolutely bricking it, but i think i was looking at the grain line of the wenge that runs just along the back. Was major major major freakin!!! 😱😱😱

Could be back on, could be a false alarm! (Ie might just have been a trick of the light and wood grain....... and my own paranoia!)

Headstock Got caught between me and a stair. Was packing it up/moving it into case for a sale as well. Headstock cracked right along the line of nut more or less.

PLEASE WITHDRAW I broke its neck 😰😰😰

I've had one before as well, so comfortable, balanced and the tone from that big MM pickup is just as growley as a big big growley badger having a growling match with a growlier bear. Can also be incredibly smooth too though 😉
