1. I can't play rhythm on a Les Paul, either. I think it's too heavy and too uncomfortable. Too many edges. The LP is essentially a slab body, so I think that has a lot to do with it. I prefer my Strat, as it's contoured and much more comfortable. Get down! And so on.
 2.
Mutually exclusive of course...
He heu he.
 3.
I stand by my definition because life has been a bit difficult until recently and I hadn't been getting out much at all.
I was joking, hence the grin. OMs can be a lot of fun. Please ignore me, I'm having a weird day.
 4.
Living in the country, loike what I does, the big ole wide neck feels like the pace of life round these parrrts.
Sorry, I forgot to add " ", " " and " ", and so forth to my previous comment...
 5.
The only trouble is that it makes playing my Jazz basses (& Thunderbirds) feel like driving in London after the empty roads of west Oxfordshire!
Living in London as I do, a 1.75" nut width P neck is about the only place you can stretch out and have a bit of room to yourself... And even a little undisturbed nap in the afternoon if you're lucky.
 6. Good Lord, that seems like something of a bargain.
 7.
And it is for sale from Ash --- a very well respected Basschatter!
He is indeed. I hadn't noticed that. Phew, luckily I was positive about it!
 8.
...the word has a wider meaning than just music.
It does, hence the 'gig economy'. Not trying to shoehorn in a Brexit discussion, by the way.
 9. You mean this thing that looks a bit like a Rickenbacker?? http://www.ebay.co.u...T4AAOSwAj5Z27vB Edit: Actually a bargain if got for anywhere near the starting price.
 10.
Before I got this I was worried that the radius might be too weird for me but I don't actually think about it when playing at all, I just concentrate on playing and it's totally fine and comfortable. My other bass is 16" so it's as different as it can be but both are nice
That's interesting, I'm not sure I'd be happy about 16" radius! Not comfortable with 9.5" radius! Maybe it's my wrinkled, claw-like hands...
 11.
I wouldn't count open mics so much. I prefer to think of them as enrichment ...
Must be a new definition of 'enrichment' I'm not familiar with.
 12.
If it doesn't go soon, then I reckon I'll miss the opportunity for the one that I wanted to go for, in which case I will be keeping it.
Win-win, really. And if you keep it, we know where it is and there is always the possibility of it being available in future.
 13. Ad no longer available. I think the pressure finally got to him.
 14. These are great basses. You really can't beat a 7.25" radius, 1.75" nut, one-piece maple neck. Feels like home to me. Very nice. I must get another...
 15.
It doesn't come up as a website or a valid email address.
Try [email protected]
 16.
I suspect he's not sure, hence the price.
If he's wasn't sure, he is now.
 17.
Eko Rokes I reckon
Wow, never seen one of those before.
 18.
Could do worse than contact Mike Walsh of Zoot fame.

+1 for Mike (Zoot) Walsh.
Thanks very much, I have contacted him through his FB page and await a reply. I've also contacted one or two other people that members have been kind enough to suggest, so thanks again.
 19. As said above, no way of knowing other than to try them out. They'll either work together or they won't.
 20.
Suicide with any luck! ...too harsh?
No - this sort of thing must be stopped at any cost!
 21.
The main point of the post was about the actual fit though, which is spot on.
That's good to know. Forget about the pics.
 22. Wow, what a fantastic bass. A really nice example. And that tort..! I could literally look at it all day.
 23.
Don't tease me ...pictures ! I demand pictures right now
This is quite nice...
