Again, love the stage look of your band. You guys look like a band not punters. Cool venue too.
Thanks! I think black suits me more the older I get... Here's a blurry phone pic from a Cowboy Hat and That Fuzzbox Voodoo gig (my other band) at Rhythm factory on March 4th: I couldn't hear a thing as the PA was WAY too loud... paradoxically. Hope & Anchor on the 18th, Proud Camden on the 29th and Alley Cat on the 30th... maybe it will fall into place after more gigs...

Nice. Looking clean...

That's not the point! Pics or it didn't happen, them's the rules. Anyway, we want to see your handiwork.

You were lucky to get a signed one. Having said that, I'm not sure how many he signed... looks like a really nice Jazz. So tempting - I love the white one with maple neck (surprise!). Have to wait for a while though, it's on the list... maybe later this summer. Congratulations on your new baby! I know you did proper research before pulling the trigger, so thanks for doing that so we don't have to! I'm sure these are going to be very successful. Sue Ryder basses they are not. Though there's nothing wrong with those either - at the price point... Seems like the tone circuit makes it very versatile indeed... could be the weapon of choice for function, event and cover band bass players..?
...nothing sloppy in the knobs
Sloppy-in-the-Knobs. It's a small village in Gloucestershire.
I was chuffed to get a signed one...perhaps just a fluke. It's got a plastic film over the neck plate to protect it, if that comes off though I'll have to figure something else out
If the worst happens just sign it yourself with a Sharpie. Who'll know?
That's the second verse!
Had the last of the peanut butter in a sandwich for lunch... and Friday night is Takeaway Night! Yay! ...Though to be honest my guts are feeling a little bit queasy for some reason... *squeaky fart* Urrgghh!
This. All of it.
Quite so. And let the engineer/producer do their jobs. Some teenagers like to think they know it all. -
Thought that they were called Obbm
No, Dave's called obbm. No matter - fantastic cables and you've made the right choice.
...the wife and life get in the way.
Life you can't do much about, but the wife..? She shouldn't even be on the bloody stage in the first place. Tsk!
I fear you are sucked in to a whirlwind of GAS and will come out the end of it significantly poorer but none the (tone) wiser.
There is no coming out the end of GAS. GAS comes out the end of you. The success of this forum is based on that whirlwind! And it smells.

I suppose ultimately if you're not happy with a seller (or a buyer) then you do have the option of letting your views be known via the BC feedback system... so if you get a rep as a difficult seller (or buyer) then that will be reflected. I always check people's feedback - usually AFTER I've committed to buying or selling! D'oh! Anyway, I had the last piece of leftover pizza for breakfast! Bwa-ha-ha-ha-haaahhhh!! *BUUURRP!*
You will regret it Dudi. I know I regretted selling mine when it went on the courier's van.
Plus about a billion...
I'm already regretting, but my bank think differently
Just what IS it about banks and their illogical opposition to us owning the basses we so desperately need??
Oi mumbly bollocks. Pack it in. And you can cut that Jack Bauer looking picture off yer avatar too. Hummmph
Thanks for comparing me with Jack Bauer - but in real life I'm actually a lot more handsome than him. Woah!!
Just to be clear, eating the last doughnut is TOTALLY unacceptable under ANY circumstances.

RIGHT THAT'S IT, SHUT UP!! I'M HAVING THE LAST DOUGHNUT!! *Snarf, chomp, stuff, scran, eat* BUUURRRPPPPP!! And now it's gone! Thhppp!!

So much for discretion.
Right, well I obviously wasn't clear enough: It's TOTALLY unacceptable for anyone to eat the last doughnut under ANY circumstances... unless it's me. And I just did. So there you have it. Has anyone got anything else to eat? I'm still hungry and it's nearly time for Bargain Hunt.
