    The boss fv500 is well worth a good look. No tone issues, adjustable tension, and a minimum volume pot on the side, so you could easily set it up for swells etc. It also has a socket for use as an exp pedal. I have had one now for about 6 years with absolutely no issues. They can be found for about £70 new and probably £50 ish secondhand- although I notice they don't come up for sale as often as the ernie. I'm not knocking the eb, I just think its overpriced

    I'm really after an ibanez ts9b, mxr badass modified od (the gold coloured one). But I may be tempted by something interesting! By way of warning, I do have over 150 pedals (fx addict!!) so don't be surprised if I already have it

    As in the title really. I have a plethora of decent drive boxes I'm considering moving. First up is a source audio multiwave bass distortion. Great pedal, but just didn't find it's way into my heart NOW SOLD Second is Aguilar agro. Again a lovely pedal but not floating my boat. AND SOLD Probably more to follow (possibly including a phat phuk) I would be looking initially to trade for anything else that seems interesting. What ya got???

    I've just tried one of these and left the shop with it! For someone that isn't hugely enamoured of fuzz, this is a departure for me! I just need to try it in my rigs now

    The ebs multidrive, hardwire tube od are both worth a go. I've used both amongst others to warm a ss amp
