    … think my first board was a Nano with a tuner, radial big shot I/o instrument selector (similar to your one) and a DI. Nice and simple but worked as it should. At the moment I’m preferring smaller boards also tbh 👍🏻

    ... I'd get a SBP 2 preamp and a separate DI tbh. I have both a Radial Bassbone Tonebone V1 and a couple of the Sadowsky SBP 2 preamps (and a fair few DI's). The build quality of the SBP 2 is superb, I didn't rate the SBP 1 as much build quality wise tbh. Also means you can mix and match your DI's if you wanted to. The tone you can get on the Sadowsky is great and as said above very simple in it's operation.

    This is my favourite bass that has been on here for a while!! Love Sadowsky and the look of this one especially. Extra tonal variations and a finger ramp all in one!! Did you end up keeping the pan pot or use a 5 position rotary control instead? I know it's for sale at the mo, bud no funds unfortunately!

    SOLD Hey all, I've got a D'addario XPND 2 board and it's matching case for sale, both in very good condition. https://www.daddario.com/products/accessories/xpnd-pedalboards/01-xpnd-pedalboard/?srsltid=AfmBOoqeISl7u78T3HBg1c0oZpprqlOTjO4N9LjTTxAwIX7w-6aP0uzx I tried to have fewer boards (hence going for an adaptable design) but my OCD ness doesn't get on well with Velcro unfortunately lol! This is the second time I've tried these boards as the principle is excellent, and the quality of the manufacture is also very high. The sale is fairly reluctant but I'm after something else so needs must. I'd be after £125 collected only from Huddersfield for both, I'd rather not split. The board was bought used but in very good condition, the bag was bought new and hasn't left the house. One point to note is that the board does not come with any of the hook Velcro unfortunately. I would also consider trades +/- £££ for a preamp/EQ pedal or compressor of some kind 😎. Please see the photos below. Peace.

    Hey all, If anyone has one currently or has had one of these before, could you comment on how sensitive the dB meter is in relation to the release settings please? I’ve been playing around with mine and the meter doesn’t seem to differ much in how it retracts with the release set fully both ways. I can hear a difference, but can’t see one (unlike an Empress comp for example that is more sensitive with it’s LEDs). For reference the threshold is normally set low and ratio high to get the comp effect going some. Cheers 👍🏻
