    mmm, tried a fair few in my time and have now settled for 2 thumb BO 5 broadnecks. I sold 2 jazzes and 2 P basses in the process and thought they were all keepers, a bit odd but tastes do change I suppose. I used to have a thumb nt5 that was a work of art (IMO) but the fit wasn't that good for me. The BO basses fit me that bit better and while they don't sound quite as 'thick' as the NT (they both have soapbars rather than single coils) they are probably a little bit more versatile. I've also realised now that I much prefer 5 stringers with a wide string spacing so if I do get another wick it'll be broadnecked for sure!!

    Hi Stompbox, I've given a couple away today but they're still about 50 or so left! You are indeed correct in that after reading bass mags for a while they do repeat themselves somewhat . If I still have them you're more than welcome to them. Cheers.

    I've just sold a bass to Chris who trekked up to West Yorkshire from Birmingham on the train! Easy transaction, great comms and a nice guy to top it all off, would not hesitate to deal with again .

[/size][size=4]I'd never seen a fretless version so it was a blessing to get it. It's pretty rare I'm sure and I'll try and use it tastefully.[/size] [size=4]I doubt I'll be getting much gas any time soon but if I do you'll know ![/size]

    Well I thought I'd never get a pair of these, however it has been done thankfully. A nice guy from Denmark sold me the fretless to make the pair, just need to practice that bit more now !
