1. not as new as i thought at least.. already all over the internet stores.. perhaps its just the cabs that are new
 2. Just had the fender rep in the shop, with a new bass rig that will be hitting stores in the next couple of months... Its a "neo" extension to the entry level rumble series.. but there isn't anything entry level about these rigs. the rig consists of a 2x8, 1x12 and 350w head. Cant write too much of a review, as i only got a quick go.. but from what i could tell, its going to be a great rig for small gigs.. the cabs are light and round sounding. The head is simple and has some useful features. Also, there are little grooves for the head to sit in on the cab... which are magnetic! prices.. head will be about 350 ish, each cab around the 300 mark.. we've ordered one for the shop, but definitely one to check out!
 3.
I dont really think the cabs are wooly, but ive barely used them. They do seem very loud, very mid focussed (I dont mind that at all) and extremely well built. Those speakers can take a hell of a wallop as well. Crazy to watch how much they move.
yeah, they do move a lot!
 4. i really don't get the wooly thing people are saying?? For me, they have always been crisp and defined.. maybe thats down to the basses i use. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KXaqoaBuSos thats two MB 4x10's with a Glockenklang pre and class D power Amp

What are they like?
depends what you ask for mines mega comfy, really slim neck and light, so i can play 2 hour set with it and not have to worry about weight. 22. over the weekend, my jap fender jazz lasted a total of 8 hours... i think its the magic 500 pound mark.. everything i've sold on here, has been around for a while, until i have reduced it to 500 pounds or just under. 7 items i think! i've lost a bit of money, but have had the privilege of trying out some great gear.. which i probably could have just done in a shop lol!! long live the marketplace!
 23. all done.. thanks mark
