Make a point of not playing. If nobody notices, then you are not just too loud, you are far too loud. If nobody notices that you are not playing, you should go out and fix yourself up a cuppa.

Ouch - pricey. I would wager they are made especially for Yamaha by Gotoh (they look very similar) - but haven't found a current model with the same screw layout.
