1.
This may seem like an odd question but how do the faders feel on it? I hate light faders on mixers, the nicest "feeling" desk I've had the pleasure to use was a mackie onyx (1640 I think)
They feel as you would expect from a motorised fader desk at this price point - they are OK but in no means the best.
 2. I got the Sony unit imported - it really stomps on the other digital systems and the body pack is a proper metal unit. Great stuff.
 3. The big question is... What are you looking for and what budget? Wired or wireless... And as for the in ears... it really is down to budget...
 4. Dont get me wrong, there are products by every manufacturer that could be sometimes described as a bit iffy but this x32 really is sublime. I was very very impressed.
 5. They do their fair share of tatt too.
 6. Expensive... But cheaper than the competition.

 11. It is as you say, an awesome desk. Not using it myself although did look at it when considering my next desk.
 12.
Ped and I are not keen on a rant sub forum. Ranty threads get out of hand too easily and, in the heat of emotion, are subject to poor judgement. Besides which, there are loads of websites that cater for ranting and if that isn't tempting, there is always the option of your own personal blog. Stick a link to your signature if you like. I did a quick review of defamation legislation this morning (my time - 6:15am), this is what common wisdom suggests about defamation and the internet: http://www.senseabou...d_and_Wales.pdf "The internet has irreversibly changed the way we access and publish information, but with parliament last modifying our libel laws in 1996 and our current definition of a publication dating from 1848, development of the libel laws has not kept up. It may be clear to us that an investigative report in a newspaper and anonymous comments on a blog are very different in nature, but under current libel laws, both are held to the same conditions. Website hosts and internet service providers are forced to assume editorial responsibilities in the same manner as traditional outlets such as newspapers and magazines. " So I hope you appreciate why defamation is a sensitive matter online. Having said that, there is a private members bill going through Parliament which will change the level of liability for website owners in respect of posts by third parties. http://services.parl...defamation.html
It wasnt meant to be taken seriously! Pmsl lolz..
 13.
If I don't get a certain product (that I paid for fully on Dec 7th) before long, there will be another one of these threads
Why? What will it achieve? Mods - can we have a rant subforum?
 14.
Mod hat off Oh, and don't whatever you do highlight and issue with a Musicman bass on the EBMM site, or Big Bopper, hopper, shopper or whatever his name is is on your case within a millisecond of you posting it. Mod hat on!
What's that you say?
 15. Gareth deserves a Knighthood. Basschat hasn't been this exciting for years.
 16.
Are you Basil Brush today or something?
I wish! But I wouldn't want somebody's hand up my butt!
 17.
Can we please drop this please otherwise I'm going to end up locking this one as well.
Locked? The other one vanished.
