  1. And if you are wondering... https://www.facebook.com/Shreddzzzz/videos/3280552532009200/
  2. I concur. There’s currently a young lady doing pretty unspectacular covers in her kitchen doing the rounds on Facebook. Her engagement figures are huge and there’s the typical male leches making the expected comments. If I played exactly the same, or indeed pretty much any of us, our “likes” or “views” or whatever measure you want to use are unlikely to get out of single figures. This isnt putting the girl down, it’s more a sad reflection on males.
  3. I still concur that the vest top is doing him no favours.
  4. Ive never understood that either. Soundchecking a song, using a different style of playing... utter nonsense.
  5. We can't all like the same thing I guess! 😛
  6. The funny thing about this track, is that whenever I hear it, I don't think about slap bass, I think about the General Midi slap bass patch. It's like a demo you got on Window 3.11 media player.
  7. You've just quoted my complete slap repertoire. Banging slap tracks aren't they?
  8. That's the thing isn't it? In most situations, it's completely inappropriate!
  9. I was a "Hi, I'm Jon Liebman., Welcome to funk bass", scholar.
  10. I don't really find myself playing much slap - but recently did a cover where I was apeing the Level 42 collab performance with Swing Out Sister. As a rule, I don't "get" Level 42. Never have done. Now, the question is, is the song better or worse for having a slapped bass line? I would have said, ugh slap... but after hearing how it came out, I'm actually indifferent and either version floats my boat.
  11. I’m not sure that this is true in this case...
  12. Had another bash at a collab over the bank holiday... my 'rona hair growth is coming on. (I shaved it off after this video as it was getting on my t1ts (which have also grown somewhat from the constant snacking)!)
  13. Nice work. Is this mono or stereo?
  14. This here - the 360 with the 350 voicing, is the best amp that EBS have ever produced (well, apart from the 350+ that was never made available to the general public). Man, Id quite like this. Can't really justify it... especially at the moment! But yeah, hope it finds the right home!
