4. From the speaker, starts quiet and gets louder, over a period of about 30 secs.
5. we have recently purchased a Wharfedale SVP 12PM powered Monitor off ebay, worked fine the first couple of times. But has now developed a fault. All works fine for about 50 mins then a buzzing stars, turning the volume control down doesn't change the level of the buzzing, only turning the monitor off stops the buzzing. On powereing up again the same thing happens again, 50 mins the buzzing starts again. Anybody any ideas what could be the problem, because i'm stumped. Cheers Ash.
6. We were in a similiar position last year. We are a descent covers band, got asked to do a wedding. Ended up charging £600. After finding out what was involved we decided that if we were asked again the price would be £800+
7. I can also confirm that the Roqsolid cover fits like a glove. And is also about as heavy as the s12.
8. I have a Metro with a XLT 2x10 which i will be selling as soon as my new cab arrives. However i'm 350 miles away so a try out is pretty awkward. Unless you are planning a trip to Scotland any time soon. Great amps though. Ash.
9.
Eden did I think.
Used to, not any more.
10. Have a look at the Akai Unibass. Gives you a power chord an octave above what you are playing. Ideal for when your lead player is soloing.
11. Just got email today for balance will be here in the new year.
12. You could get Alex to send me yours, and you could have mine after Xmas.
13. Is it here yet, just wondering when you first ordered it, as i ordered mine on the 9th November and Alex said it would probably be delivered pre-Christmas but haven't paid final balance yet. I got my Streamliner sitting on its own with nobody to play with.
14.
My first amp was an HH Bass Machine 250w head. It was pretty well spec'd for its time, with a graphic eq, two channel & phaser. Pretty bulky though.
Same here still got mine somewhere.
15. Up for sale is my Trace Elliot RA 500 sx stereo power amp. Had this nearly three years and have hardly used it It has Bi -amp and full range button, mono or stereo button and an adjustable crossover frequency dial between 250hz &1khz. Don't have much info on this, but John Entwhistle used them in the 80's I tried to find out a value for these but had no sucess. so i would like £175 which is less than i paid for it. If anybody knows if this is too much or too little i will adjust the price accordingly. Any Trace experts out there?
16. Sold Chris my Ampeg svp pro and he was a absoulute pleasure to deal with.

19. Absoulute monster of a cab, one 15 one 10 & two 6 inch speakers with adjustable tweeter. Excellent condition, built like a tank and weighs about the same. However it has casters which make it easy to move around. 400W 4ohm mono, or you can bi-amp one working the 15' the other working all the others. Both 8ohm Looking for £425 will need to collect, I am 5 mins off M74 at Lockerbie. But can deliver reasonable distance for petrol money. Worth buying this just to see your guitarists face when you wheel this in to rehearsals. Cheers Ash.
20. Hi Chris, Me again, i looking at some reviews for the SVP, and it was suggested to put a 7025 in one position can't remember which, but will be east to find it will reduce the noise made by the SVP. Cheers Ash.
21. Why not sell all three, and buy a leftie P bass. If you do the job yourself you could balls it up, If someone does it for you it will cost
