Catalinbread SFT is freakin A - it's like adding a very powerful drive channel to your amp, works especially well pushing a valve amp Extreme distortion: try Wooly Mammoth or Copilot Fx pedal that sounds like a laser gun; can't remember it's name. Also The Goose looks nice Wren & Cuff Pickle Pie B looks good too I believe both these last two have blend knobs

Loud clothing will help too!
Yeah, sorry bassnut. I saw youd posted to bag it so I pmd phi.i. I was going to put it up prior but paubass had already got one up so held off. Best of luck finding one. They seem to be appearing a bit more regularly in the last coupla months. Sorry for causing any confusion.
Hey, no problem at all. Thanks for clarification anyway and for luck in finding one. Actually, it's probably just as well I didn't get this one anyway; as I am having enough trouble getting purchase of a Strat past Mrs Bassnut at moment. Hopefully one will turn up with my name on it in 3 or 4 months time.

Hello BassChatererers I am selling my gloriously funky Fender Rhodes Electric Piano MkII Seventy Three, as used by Stevie Wonder, Herbie Hancock, etc and more recently D'Angelo and many others. Asking price is £785. Collection only from Nottinghamshire, unless you want to organise shipping yourself; but this fella's a bit too bulky to wrap and take to the Post Office. I had it completely refurbished about 4 years ago with the intention of learning to play keys; but have realised I have more affinity with 6 string guitar. During the refurb all the pick ups were replaced and all working parts and electrics were checked and serviced or replaced as required and the piano was tuned. All parts were replaced with New Old Stock and it comes complete with lid and legs. Since that refurb this super-cool electric piano has sat where you see it in my music room and barely been played. A couple of keys have gone a bit dry and one of the rubber tips has fallen off the hammer of one key - I believe these will all be simple fixes for anyone with enough skill to go inside the machinery. I plan to get it serviced before letting it go though and these minor issues will all be sorted. So I am asking what I believe is a fair price for a recently serviced Rhodes in exceptionally good working order. Please PM me or call on 07825 702798 and leave your contact details if I can't get to the phone. Rupert Bassnut

Hi I'm setting up a club groove n disco band in Notts and desperately need a male lead vox with the feel of the seventies in their DNA. Would be great if they play lead guitar too, but not essential. Can anyone put me in touch with anyone that might be interested? We are likely to be rehearsing in Nottingham, Newark or Mansfield; boy sure which yet. Please pass on my name and details Rupert Bassnut 07825 702798
