Great bass, the smaller body does make them super comfortable.
Thanks Agent Cooper - yes, the smaller body coupled with a slim (and fast) neck and light weight make this a very comfortable and effortless bass to play for hours on end. If I'm playing a long gig, this is the one I reach for. Really punchy warm tone too.

  2. Up for sale is my 2007 American Fender Jazz bass Deluxe in Sunburst/Rosewood. This has the SCN (samarium cobalt noiseless) pickups and a 3 band active eq system. It is a very versatile bass with tones ranging from classic jazz to precision like punch from the neck pickup. The body is slightly smaller than a standard jazz and it is very comfortable to use all night long. I will of course include the OHSC in the sale however there is no case candy present except for the Schaller strap locks that were an original feature. Overall condition I would rate at 9.5 out of 10. I'm not looking for trades as I have just bought a new bass - sale only please. I’m based in Bolton and would prefer collection however I’m willing to post at the buyers expense. Any questions please ask. Thanks for looking.

  4. Up for sale is my 2012 American Standard Fender Jazz in Olympic White with a maple board. This has the Custom Shop 60's pickups and comes with the OHSC. I tried loads of Jazzes out before setting on this one. Build quality is right up there and the passive tone on this one is just fantastic. The bass is in MINT condition as is the case. I am based in Bolton and am looking for a sale only – no trades please as I have just bought another bass that meets my needs. Any questions please ask. (Please note that the photos make it look whiter than it is - in the flesh it is a lovely creamy finish that looks just right). Thanks for looking.

Nothing wrong. on the contrary.. i think its simply a GAS sindrome.. hope to pass soon ;)

We've all been there pal.....I feel your pain. For the record it will only pass when you get the Lakland. 2 weeks later, you'll be gassing for something else. Only cure is to develop a serious interest in motorbikes. Worked for me. Trouble is I'm now gassing for a new bike - much more expensive than a bass. On second thoughts, don't develop a serious interest in motorbikes!
