I love my ibane iceman, very good value for money. Go to a shop and try some out is probably your best bet if you dont have something specific in mind.

really pissed off, they are trying to tell me its not my parcel so i cant collect it. wtf?

i ordered a bass from the uS that im collecting today, after charges ive saved like 50 quid. wasnt really worth it as ciustoms held my bass for a week for no reason, id haverather payed the 50 and got it the next day from the uk lol i know parcelfroce charge a handling fee but apparently its pretty easy to claim back if you phone up their complaints line. also despite what tehy tell you they cant hold your package until you pay their admin charges, if you ahve payed duty and VAT then they are legally obliged to give you your package according to the Postal Act of 2000. Of course youd have to pay it eventually unless you wanted to take it to court or they agreed to wave it.

I find it kinda ugly, but that's just my opinion

I play alot of stuff metal, ska, rock, punk, reggae so i guess i'd like something pretty versatile. I liked the k5 cus ive played one once and liked it, read good reviews and as a bonus (except for the k5 inlay) looks sexy lol.

I have been playing bass for a couple of years now and have a Ibanez Iceman and Squire P-bass. I want to get a 5-string now and was thinking about getting a Ibanez K5 are they any good and what other basses are they comparable too in the way they play? maybe there are other ones in that price range which would be better?
