1. For sale Markbass CL106 (Classic 106) cab with customized flightcase - road ready! Few scuffs on the flightcase but the cab is in mint condition. 900 watts, 6ohms, 101dB SPL. It will move hair on your legs (experienced myself) http://www.markbass....etail.php?id=84 Why would you choose it over Ampeg? How about 32,1Kg weight instead of 49,9Kg? (yes, you can load it into your car on your own) Also imho it sounds a bit more punchy and less muddy than Ampeg while still been warm and "classic". Pics to follow.. GAK sells these for £1078. Custom flightcase is another £180 so grab yourself a bargain for less than half price (£[s]590[/s] £550) http://www.gak.co.uk...ss-cl-106/24878
2.
I love this head! Wish I could afford one.
+1
3. Traded! (but still for sale by the new owner: sifi2112)
4.
still for sale ?
Most likely (that is if I get what I'm after..otherwise I'll keep Genz). I will know for sure next week.. By the way - I had a chance to compare this cab against Gallien Krueger RBH 210 (2x10) + Laney 4x10 (not sure the model) connected together to get 4ohms (that's 6 x 10" speakers together) and Genz kicked ass!! I have no idea how one 2x12 cab can sound bigger, more bottom end, more define than 2x10 + 4x10 together but IT DOES!! True, Laney cab was rather cheap and both where quite old but still 2x12 against 6x10?? Me, my guitarist and my drummer had jaws dropped to the floor You can check the review on Youtube (link above in my first post) but I'm not sure does it say how loud it is (beside being punchy, growly, define and having huge bottom end ). My drummer is VERY hard hitter and the guitarist match him (we play heavy rock/metal) and still I couldn't turn up the volume and the gain more than "10 o'clock"!
5. Hello! Is there anybody out there?
6. No replies...ok...how about £550 then?
7. The weekend is coming and I'm still sitting in my case and no one is playing me...
8.
Case collected and feedback left Thanks Marcin - top bloke!
Thanks Jon - pleasure to deal with you
9. Back from holiday bump!
10. Further price drop. Now only £575
11. For sale Hiscox Liteflite hard case STD-EBS in very good condition. Same like this one: http://www.gak.co.uk...ox-std-ebs/3087 Pickup from London (Clapton, E5)
12. I've put on new Ernie Ball Super Slinky (45-100) and did the set up. Tunes perfectly up to the last fret. Another great thing about these Yamahas is that they cut through the mix like a knife. You'll always hear yourself on stage
13.
No worries, thanks for the reply! Terrific basses these, got the. 424x but really want to spec up to this.
Thanks Timmchale2009. Yes, they truly are amazing... but because it's written on them "Yamaha" not "Fender U.S.A." they're not as popular (even though their sound and build quality is far superior to modern Fenders).
14. Why is this still here??
15.
This is so nice. I just bought the non X version in the same colour. It's fab.
Thanks. Yes, they are amazing. I'm selling it just because I've got another one in Tobacco Sunburst
