Hi, Up for grabs is my TC Rebel Head 450 (RH450). Owned new since May, I have used it for around 5 gigs. There is a small scratch on top of the head from a clumsy incident of trying to put the head into the combo cab (RS210C) without taking the top screw out and a small dent on the wings of edge of the front panel either side. The Sterling is definitely smaller - body and neck. I'm not sure on the electronics side of things. I tried a Ray and didnt think it was much different in terms of sound, definitely not better IMO.
