Akai S612 with 2.8" disk drive,Akai S2000 and a Roland SH1 which I actually use occasionally.

You'll generally find software samplers easier than hardware,but if you get the urge for an old school hardware sampler,I've got a few gathering dust......which shoud tell you something!

I ususally find walking onto tthe stage tends to empty the dance floor.

Hooky may not have been a technically proficient bassist ( which seems to offend some) but he wrote some brilliant - and memorable - bass lines. Give me passion over ability any day.

I'm surprised no one has made an FX pedal with a "ripped speaker" setting yet.
