1. OK , believe it or not it is an advert for "worn tights" Still honestly don't know how it turned up on a search.
2. Epi Explorer. Set neck. Deep and thunderous and good for stretching the left arm.
3. If you can bear to use eaby. http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_odkw=rack+mount&_osacat=23789&_from=R40&_trksid=p2045573.m570.l1313.TR1.TRC0.A0.Xrack+mount+ears&_nkw=rack+mount+ears&_sacat=23789
4.
Permanent marker on laptop screen works
excellent. I'll give it a go. Just got to get the tippex ready as well.

6. Great, but how do I type the answers in.
7.
The picture is a Neutrik NP3RCS which was superceded several years ago by the NP3RX. The current mono version is the NP2RX. However the OP is not wanting a plug, he is asking for a right-angle socket. Right-angle XLRs come in various forms both male and female however I have never ever seen a right-angle cable-mounted jack socket. OP, why do you need one? To what are you connecting?
Fair comment, I should read the words , not guess them.
8.
yeah I don't think they make them anymore
The pic I put up is a Nuetric. The don't make them any more. However I have quite a few of them. Mono and TRS
9. Do you mean like this
10. Ok this isn't on Ebay anymore, it's quite old. Don't know how it turned up on a search but what do reckon the advert was for?
11. Electrovision are cheap(ish) on most things like this. http://www.electrovision.co.uk/homepage.aspx?sectioncode=00330130 Don't expect it to last forever though.
12.
In a word-SLADE or Roy Wood
This.
13. Once did Summer of 69 with three part operatic style vocals, bass and Taurus bass pedals.!!!!! Took the audience all of verse 1 to realise what song it was, but when it dawned on them we got a great cheer with many trying to join in.
14. Just love pedantry. I get accused of it quite often.
15. My kids used to dance to Pteranadon from Jurassic Shift when they were toddlers. Just love the Ozrics.
16. Is this prog rock enough
17. Try out a Gallien Krueger Fusion 550. Valve preamp with S/S power stage from the RB700. As warm or as bright as you like with more than enough power.
18. I live in a terrace house in student land. When I practise at home I sometimes use h/phones but more usually no amp at all. Every year I get a new bunch of students next door. I have learnt that it is best to get to know each other and discuss noise levels. Most years this has worked well. This year I have one student learning guitar, acoustic. After three hours of one chord it was getting on my nerves. I just mentioned it to him in passing and he was apologetic and no more problems. Another one is learning bass. I told him that when I practised at home I didn't use my amp. He took this on board and no more problems. On a more humourus note a few years ago I had some particularly obnoxious and noisy students who refused to reduce noise levels. Even though I had young children who needed their sleep. My revenge was to set up my PA and bass amp with a set of Moog Taurus bass pedals on a timer switch set to go at 3am for twenty minutes every day while I was on holiday. I return from hols to be met by noisy neighbours. They had a change of view and we agreed on sensible noise levels and timings. Great result I thought. However when I went into my lounge to my surprise/shock I found that virtually everything had fallen off shelves. Everything has its price.

20. It could possibly be that the spider has become detached from the chassis on the faulty driver,. Worth checking.
21. Hi Gelfin here. Just thought I would echo Skol303. Please feel free to let us know if anything upsets you and we will do our best to help. This seems to be a nice place to start being a mod. Regards Nic
22. For what it's worth, I am a big Ric fan. I have played my main one for over ten years. The other I sold due to financial needs. But just like any brand there are great ones and poor ones. Mine is a 4003, I have tried out 4001's and the newer 4004,s, but mine is just the one for me. I can pick it out blindfold when compared to any other Ric.
23. Well I have Build diaries, cool I have built a few instruments myself. Theory and Technique, Looks like I will be learning as I work. Feed back. Now be nice to each other guys.
