After spying the stunning-looking CMI Rickenfaker on here the other day, I'm intrigued - I think, naively, I'd assumed a whole world of slipshod copies; not necessarily something quite so pristine!

So, what are the good; the bad; and the ugly of Rickenfakers? Where did they all come from?
