Jack adaptors

Does anybody know where I can get a Jack adaptor that has a Stereo plug and Mono socket. Both 6.35mm.

I want to use it to convert the Insert points of a mixer to be direct outs, so the signal does not get cut going back to the mixer.

I've searched online for a while, but can't seem to find any.

they seem to have stopped stocking them since i last ordered them.
i can find the other way round - ie stereo socket to mono plug (av17285), and mono 1/4" to stereo 3.5" (av 17274)
but alas not the exact match - Sorry

These are about the only ones I can find - [url="http://www.audiospares.com/product.php?productid=177&cat=545&page=1"]AudioSpares[/url] - but they're a bit chunky, and might get a bit tight at the back of a mixer.

The only one I can find is a 6.3 mm Stereo jack and 3.5mm Mono socket.
