michael-faces
Ok, as the description says, if you had to have one of the BC Rich pointy basses, which would it be? Excluding the eagle and the mockingbird, take your pick: bc rich bass models I'm gonna have to go with the widow, i think if you're gonna go pointy you may as well go all the way (hehe) Edited August 25, 2010 by michael-faces
velvetkevorkian
If they made a 5 string Beast I would be all over that (although it looks like they don't do a Beast bass any more, going by that list). None of the other shapes do anything for me. edited to add pic. Edited August 25, 2010 by velvetkevorkian
EssentialTension
The one that comes with a free bandsaw.
Gust0o
Provisionally, I have a Paolo booked in - but of the list it's the Warlock NJ deluxe. It's had some rave reviews! That said, my sig gives me away! 5-string Beast... Could be a runner; Warbeast, just f***ing no.

Gust0o
The other ones I would have chucked in, but they seem to have also stopped them, would have been the Virgo NT (on much the same grounds as the Warlock NJ) and the Zombie Deluxe, if just for pure bat-sh*t craziness in wood form. paul h
That all hurt my eyes a little but I would go with the Zombie Revenge just for the name.
BigRedX
The current range looks a bit conservative to me. I'll have a vintage Bich 8-string Bass.

MoonBassAlpha
No one weighed in with the "load of old Warlocks" line yet? Disappointing!
thisnameistaken
The John Virgo sig looks like the easiest one to sand the edges off into a sensible-looking bass. Edited August 25, 2010 by thisnameistaken
Lorne
Do I have to pick just one? Please ignor both the Snakeskin BCRs,they left recently and the Eagle and Ignitor guitars are not mine, although they've lived here long enough I also have 2 basses missing at the moment

Gust0o
Nice interjection, Red Well, Wonky came home to roost, a little over 12 months after I first spied her - so there's hope for the Innovator, yet At this rate, I'll have spent April's bonus by next month. Some serious GAS about.
basshead56
Usually the T-Bird is as ´Pointy´ as I go, But considering my obsession with the Misfits (and lack of money preventing me from ordering an October or Rand replica bass), I´d go for a Widow or perhaps a Virgo- not the weirdest shaped BC´s, and they have two sets of Split-coils. The only reason I havent sprang for a Warwick Vampyre (rockbass verion) is because there are J type pups in it, and that would not suit my inner Jerry Only! purpleblob
I was very tempted by a Mockingbird way back in my youth and still love the shape, so that's me sorted
Gust0o
Johnston, if you look at Lorne's pictures you'll note a number of Bich basses there. Pretty sure Lorne could point you in the right direction if you were actively seeking one. Edited August 26, 2010 by Gust0o
Lorne
They don't have the body art though
The Body arts were G**tar only,no basses in any of the designs, although you could always find an old NJ Bich bass, find a girl with a nice ass, take a picture and then have it copied onto Vinyl and apply it to the bass.Don't use a Vintage USA Bass like mine though,it'll cost ya a bleedin' fortune just for the bass
Gust0o
Ah sh*te, I didn't click - from my blurry perspective it simply looked like a sanded Bich!
