That's months of valuable bass playing experience that could be wiped out unless you get him one now [/quote] He's been playing my Squier p - the necks a bit chunky for him (he's only just 13) He tried an Aria and an Ibanez this morning - he found the Aria more comfortable but the Ibanez had the better sound. The Aria had the better hardware but the Ibanez was better finished and a tider neck joint. Seriously considering getting a used Squier Bronco just to see him through until Christmas or his next birthday, when he might have grown enough to fit a full size bass a bit better. Quote
