alhbass
Thanks guys, some really good advice there - looks like Mark Bass might have missed a trick by not making the VPF a footswitchable option?
I use a footswitch with my MB LMK - that way I can have the VPF on one channel and a clean signal on t'other. Bingo.
alhbass
MB used to make a LMK head. This is a two channel LM which allows you to switch between the two channel using a foot switch. Sounds like this is what your after. LMK These crop up second hand from time to time on here. No idea why they stopped making them.
Think they stopped making them in order to encourage people to consider their (in my view) rather silly MoMark series. With the MoMark system you can "create" an LMK from the modules, all be it at much greater cost, and lacking one of the filter options (I forget which off the top of my head). LMKs seem to come up second hand quite often, and relatively cheaply. I've never had a problem with mine in the 5 years or so I've had it - it was second hand when I got it, and it's had pretty heavy use and lots of travelling since then... For your footswitching requirement you could consider this (tho I don't know at what price. High, I imagine) ; http://www.markbass.it/products.php?lingua...=6&vedi=

I remembered i'd seen a pedal with the filters on it ages ago.

I meant it took them long enough to put a mute switch on one of their amps.
