charic Posted January 4, 2011 Share Posted January 4, 2011 Righteo guys [i](and gals ofcourse!)[/i] we're booked up for 10am - 10pm. £200 for the day (wasn't dependant on times ) and talked them down to a £50 deposit and have the bank details on the way. I can stump up the 50 without TOO much pain as it will be back on sunday. They will have an extra member of staff at the hotel and will open the extra bar if we end up busy if not there's another bar not far from the main hall. Anyone volunteering seminars etc please contact me as we're a bit thin on this front and also things like entension leads are always useful!!! I see the hall's booked from 10am. What time is everyone pitching up? When will most people be there? I don't want to be hanging around all by myself for hours. I'll have to leave mid-afternoon.
