citymariner Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 I've had the same experience. An unregulated power supply fried a section of my Klystron head, rang ash down, they sent the new one out to me that day and it arrived before a different courier picked up the broken head! Quote

It's been off to them twice & to a tech down here once. No one has actually fixed it though. Quote

It had to go back to them 3 times before they actually fixed it. I can't fault their helpfulness and desire to do the right thing but I just got the impression that their organisation is a bit haphazard. Quote
