Golchen
I have an ebony fretboard, but it's not as dark as some I've had in the past, what could one use to darken it? Or maybe it's too dry? What would you use on Ebony - Not lemon oil I presume??
wesfinn
lemon oil or warwick finishing wax will darken it off a bit..its quite difficult though due to the close grain of the ebony.
Ou7shined
No doubt the ebony is choking for a drink. Ernie Ball Wonder Wipes.
Al Heeley
ebony should need no treatment. It's wood, it's natural, it differs. If your ebony is not as dark as you would like, don't change it, accept it for what it is and learn to love it.

The Bass Doc has a J with a beautiful Macassar Ebony neck, that looks for all the world like a lovely, rich rosewood. It's nice.
subdude
i just finished darkeníng a fretboard after a paintjob on one of my nasses. i tried several recommendations i found on forums but the best results i found black leather dye worked best and you get it for a few dollars. i did not even have to mask the inlays on the fretboard, the dye came of nicely with white spitrit on a cotton swab. be careful though to mask the neck very carefully along the fretboard and lay the neck fretboard down to pain the sides, allthough i taped it very neatly the dye is very runny and i had to sand off several rund where the dye went under the tape. hope this helps, have fun!
