BigJim
Sold pending payment Another part of my clearout. A great bass which is light as a feather. It has been refinished in white at some point but the red is starting to show through. It's a really fun bass. Thin body which I don't know what it's made of and a sycamore neck. All original other than the nut which has been cut wrong but is easily replaced. This thing sounds great. From a fat vintage sound to a ricky. £100ono Jim 07739969811 Edited September 17, 2010 by BigJim
throwoff
This is exactly the kind of thing I was looking for a couple months back as a wierd bass to flip to lefty for a grungy rock project. Let me spend a while looking at it and see if the GAS comes back!

cameltoe
Awesome! Just what I was looking for, before I realised I needed to buy a new amp head, and lightweight tuners for my Road Worn to prevent neck dive. If this is still here in a few weeks it's MINE! essexbasscat
OH MY GOD, MY VERY FIRST BASS Never, ever seen another one before in 38 years ! I never new it was called this.. I have one of these on top of the cupboard in my bedroom. It's the first bass I ever owned, the first one I ever gigged, the one I learned Crossroads on, the one I used while eyeing up the Precisions I couldn't afford at 12 years old. My very first bass, one of these. Just so blown away to see another one of these still around. Thanks for the trip down amnesia avenue T Edited September 2, 2010 by essexbasscat

Happy Jack
In tried & trusted Basschat fashion, I'll just say that I'm amazed that this is still here. It's a long time since I last saw a genuine vintage bass being sold at what I'd call a sensible price. The only reason I haven't bought it is because it sits in exactly the same space as my 1962 Hofner Artist.

It's a worthy addition to take down to the jam in burnham!!! Where about you based?
