CV bases crafted in China or Indonesia? lost thread

There is a thread on the forum somewhere that i cant find. It had many posts in it and was about some guy whose pal had gone over to see the factory in China where the CV bases were made. He said they were moving them to Indonesia. Several on here thought it was the other way around. Anywho i cant seem to see the thread as i forgot the title of it. Can some kind person point me in the right direction please?

I've not myself seen any evidence that production of CVs has moved to Indonesia and we never got a report back from the claimant.
